Non-Refundable $300.00 Registration Fee to be paid after application approval.
Each awarded State/Region Delegate titleholder will receive:
1 – State/Region Crown
1 – State/Region Sash
STATE/REGION DELEGATE TITLEHOLDERS
Rules and Regulations
1. Candidates for State/Region Delegate title must be a natural born biological female and be of black heritage.
2. Candidates for State/Region Delegate Titles will select states/regions available from the delegate title list.
3. State/Region Delegate titles will be awarded to candidates who meet the qualifications for the National Miss Black Global Pageant.
4. State/Region Delegate titleholders are REQUIRED to compete in the National Miss Black Global Pageant. Any applicant accepting a State Delegate Title agrees to compete at the National Miss Black Global Pageant.
5. State/Region Delegate titleholders are required to pay a separate registration fee for the national pageant. State/Region Delegate titleholders will receive a discount on their national registration fee.
6. State/Region Delegate titleholders are NOT required to have residency in the state/region they represent.
7. State/Region Delegate titleholders CAN hold another title from another pageant organization while being a State/Regional Delegate titleholder under the Miss Black Global Pageants.
8· If the State/Region Delegate titleholder wins a National or International Miss Black Global Pageant title in any Division, NO other titles from a different pageant organization may be held during her reign as a National/International Miss Black Global Pageant titleholder.
9. State/Region Delegate Titleholders are expected to promote the Miss Black Global Pageant brand in a positive light.
10. State/Region Delegate Titleholders are encouraged to promote their personal platform.
11. Available State/Region Delegate titles will be advertised on the Miss Black Global Website in March after the current year's National Pageant.
12. State/Region Delegate titles terms end:
a) Upon award of a National or International Miss Black Global Title; or
b) The last calendar day of February following the January National Miss Black Global Pageant you compete at.
